Apply to be part of the Mentorship program via one of the following methods:

  1. Print a Protégé Application Form form and fax to 204-779-0788
  2. Email an electronic copy of a completed Protégé Application Form to cemca@shaw.ca
  3. Complete the following form and submit!

Note: The Protégé Application Form information is collected with the sole purpose of matching mentors to potential Protégés.
